How to deposit cash

Depositing cash to your PODERcard Debit is easy! Follow the instructions below to add cash to your account at one of our participating locations.

3 Easy steps to load cash using Allpoint+ ATMs

Step 1. Log in to your PODERcard Debit account in the app. Click “Deposit Cash” on the Funds tab and you will be presented with a map. Enter a Zip code near you.

Step 2. Based on the information you enter, you will be presented with the closest AllPoint+ ATMs near you. More than 1,400 Allpoint+ ATMs are available to load cash into.

Step 3. Visit the ATM. Put your debit card into the AllPoint+ ATM and follow the options on the screen to deposit cash. Load the cash into the ATM and it’ll be added to your account. 

How can I tell if an ATM is part of the Allpoint+ Network?

All the "ATM Cash Deposit" results are going to be capable of depositing cash. If you click "Find ATM", then click "ATM Cash Deposit", you will be presented with eligible ATMs for cash deposits.

Important note: You cannot load cash at out-of-network ATMs – only Allpoint+ ATMs (not Allpoint) accept cash.

What limits should I be aware of when depositing cash?

For your convenience and security, our in-network ATMs have specific limits for cash loading. Each transaction allows you to load a maximum of $1,000, and you can load up to $2,000 per day.

In addition, please be aware of the following:

• You can use your debit card to make deposits at in-network ATMs.
• You can identify an in-network ATM by looking for the Allpoint+ logo on or near the ATM.
• You cannot make cash deposits at out-of-network ATMs, nor at Allpoint ATMs that do not display the “+” next to the brand name.
• Allpoint+ ATMs do not accept checks, envelopes or non-US dollars.

Our ATMs are fantastic, but like any technological marvel, they might experience an occasional blip. It's a small possibility, but we've got your back! When you're loading cash into the ATM, how about recording a quick video? That way, if the machine decides to take an unplanned break, you'll have documented proof of your transaction. It's always good to have a backup plan!
