What is a virtual card? How does it work?

When you enroll in PODERcard Debit, you instantly receive a virtual debit card. This allows you to start using your account right away, whether you would like to fund your account or start spending with it. Read on to learn more.

What is a virtual card and how does it work?

With your virtual card, you can shop online and in-person at places that accept digital wallet payments. Your virtual card  contains all the information of a physical card: the card number, expiration date and CVV.

 

Important note: For your security, your virtual card number is different from your physical card number.

How do I add a virtual card to my digital wallet?

Step 1. Log in to your PODERcard Debit account. Your virtual card will appear on the Home menu.
