How do I set or change my ATM PIN?

If you want to establish or change the PIN for your PODERcard, you'll be glad to know you can do so in just a few minutes. 

Setting your pin

If you're setting you're activating your card and setting your pin for the first time - follow the steps below:

Step 1. Log into your PODERcard application and go tap on Home in the bottom menu. There you will see the option "Card Activation", tap on that and you'll see the screen below. Tap on "Get started"

Step 2. Select an ATM pin number and make sure to remember it. 

Important Note: It is important that you choose a number that you will remember. To ensure your account remains protected do not share it.

Step 3. On the next screen, re-enter the PIN you used on the previous screen to confirm it.

Step 4. Fill in the information that appears on the screen. Enter your card number, expiration date (Month/Year), as well as the CVV code.

Step 5. You will see a confirmation screen after you have successfully entered all the relevant informations. Congratulations, you've activated your card!

Changing your pin

If you need to update your pin, follow the steps below:

Step 1. Login to your PODERcard application and click on the “Profile” tab at the bottom. Click on "Accounts."

Step 2. Next, you will see the option to “Change PIN”. 

Step 3. In the following screen the system will ask you to enter a new 4-digit code. Enter the code you want to use and tap "Next."

Step 4. The system will then ask you to re-enter your 4-digit code. Tap "Confirm" when you have entered them.

Step 5. You're done! You will see a confirmation message that your PIN has been updated.
