Welcome! If you're here, it means you're missing your PODERcard debit card. Whether it was misplaced, taken, or simply not in your possession, fear not! We have a solution ready for you, and we're excited to assist you every step of the way. Just follow the steps below to get back on track.
What should I do if my PODERcard debit card is lost or stolen?
If you lose your card or think it has been stolen, take the following two actions in the order that they appear:
Step 1. Freeze your card
When you freeze your PODERcard you'll stop any usage of the card — including your own. We recommend locking it to temporarily prevent any potential purchases that you haven’t authorized.
Freezing it is simple and can be done with the click of a button directly from the PODERcard application. Read this post for detailed instructions on how to freeze your card.
Step 2. Request a new card
Requesting a replacement card is easy and quick, and can be done directly from the mobile app. All you have to do is visit the Help center from the home page and choose Order replacement card.
Then, select the option that explains what happened to your card, confirm your address, and you’re good to go!
Alternatively, you can also call +1 (833) 337-6337 or send a message through the Help chat via the app to report that your card was lost or stolen. The Customer Care team will provide you with more information on restoring a card to you and accessing your account.
Important note: We understand that waiting for your replacement card can be a bit inconvenient. While you won't have access to your old card for now, the good news is that you can continue making purchases using your virtual card. We kindly advise you to plan ahead and prepare accordingly to ensure a seamless experience during this period.
