Once you have successfully completed your application for your PODERcard account you should receive your debit card in the mail within approximately 5-7 business days.
What do I do when my PODERcard Debit arrives?
When you receive your card, activate it immediately and start enjoying the benefits!
Here are the steps to follow to activate and deposit money in your PODERcard Debit
Step 1. Activate your PODERcard Debit account. To do so, log into your PODERcard application and follow the instructions on the link below.

Step 2. Add money to your account. Once you have activated your account, the next step we recommend is to add money to your account. You can add funds to your account in a variety of ways, from depositing cash, to receiving a transfer from another PODERcard Debit holder, a bank transfer or via direct deposit.

What do I do if my PODERcard Debit did not arrive?
If more than two weeks have passed and you still haven't received your card, please contact us. There are different ways to contact Customer Service: you can do so in the mobile app through the Help Center or calling our team. Find out more about contacting us here.
