How soon can I start sending checks?
You can begin using the Send Checks feature after completing the following steps:
- Activating your PODERcard (see instructions for how to activate your PODERcard here)
- Adding funds over $50 in your PODERcard account (see instructions for how to add money to your PODERcard here)
Please note that promos credited to your PODERcard from Welcome Tech, such as payments from referrals, Pay Friends transactions, or paid surveys, do not count towards the requirement of adding over $50 of funds in your account.
How long does it take for checks to arrive?
The time it takes for a check to arrive depends on the format you choose when creating the payment order. Checks are printed on paper, personalized with your information, and then sent via the US Postal Service. This process normally takes up to 7 business days.
We, therefore, recommend setting the payment date at least 7 days before the invoice is due.
Important Reminder: Payments can only be sent within the United States.
