One of the great benefits of your PODERcard Debit bank account is that you can manage your finances from your phone and that when it comes to sending money, you have several great options. One of those options is an instantaneous, fee-free transfer to any other PODERcard Debit user. Read on for more details on this transfer method.
Steps to send money to PODERcard Debit users
If you want to send money to a contact who's also a PODERcard Debit user, you can do it directly from the application and entirely for free! All you need is the phone number affiliated with the other person's card.
Step 1. Log in to the PODERcard mobile app and click on the “Funds” tab. Then you'll see the "Pay Friends" option.
Step 2. On the next screen, you'll see the option to "Pay Friends", click on that.
Step 3. You will then be prompted with the option to enter a cell phone number or choose an existing beneficiary to send funds to. Once you've selected what you wanted, click on "Next".
Step 4. In the following screen enter the amount you want to send and add a note about the transfer. Once completed, click on "Next".
Step 5. Next, you will see a breakdown of the information you've entered. Click "Confirm" if you are satisfied with what you're seeing, or "Edit" to update the information.
Step 6. You're done! The money will be sent in real-time and you will receive an in-app notification.
Once you've completed a few transfers you'll be able to see your history of transfers in the "Pay Friends" menu.
