Having trouble remembering your password? You can update your password at any time directly on the PODERcard app. Follow this helpful guide to change your password across different sections of the app.
How to change your password before logging in
If you forgot your password or are having trouble logging in, you can reset it by following these simple steps.
Step 1. Open the PODERcard app and click on "Forgot Password".
Step 2. Next, choose from one of three options to reset your password. You will be sent a reset code using 1) your username, 2) phone number or 3) email address.
Step 3. Choose the option that’s most convenient to you, enter the necessary information, and wait to receive a code. Once you receive the reset code, enter it on the app and continue with the password reset process.
Step 4. Next, you will be able to create a new password. Enter your new password in both required fields and click “Save”. Be sure to write it down and save it in a safe place!
Tip: The password must contain a minimum of 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 number.
Step 5. And you’re done! You will receive a confirmation message that your password has been reset.
How to change your password from the “Profile” page
Step 1. Open the PODERcard app and log in to your account. Then click on the “Profile” tab. The profile section contains all your personal information, such as your cell phone number, email address, home address, language preference, and account information.
Step 2. To edit your current password, click the word “Edit” which is on the right side of the word “Password”. Enter your current password first and then add in your new password to the sections “New Password” and “Confirm Password”. Click “Save” to save this change.

Step 3. And you’re done! You will receive a confirmation message that your password has been reset.
