Logging in to your PODERcard account requires either the cell phone number or the email address you used to create your account. This security measure helps keep your account safe. In addition, you will need to enter your password. Read on to review the detailed steps.
Important note: If you do not have access to your cell phone number or email address, you will not be able to access your PODERcard account via the app. This security measure protects your account if you are unable to authenticate your identity with the requested information.
Step 1. Open the PODERcard app and select your preferred language.
On the next screen, select “Login”.
Step 2. Follow the prompts to enter your username and password on the next screen.

Step 3. Once you have entered your login details, you will receive a verification code via text message. Follow the prompt on the following screen to enter the verification code.
If you have facial recognition enabled: Place your face in front of your device to pass the authentication process.
Important Note: If you sign in with a different mobile number than the one you used to create your account, you’ll need to confirm the security code sent to your original mobile number. If you do not have it, select the option "Resend code by email" so that the code is sent to your email, and follow the same instructions indicated above.
Step 4. Next up, the system will ask you to set a mobile unlock code. This is a 4-digit number that will allow you to quickly log into your account each time you use the application.
Make sure to confirm your code by re-entering it.
